Born April 16, 1981 in Logan, Utah, Curtis Raye Hickman was introduced to a life of magic from the beginning. Performing his first show at only age five, this magic prodigy was- even then- fooling the most skeptical of adults. After years of studying under some of the most respected performers in the magic community, the Amazing Curtis has risen to be Utah’s premiere magician.

He has been asked to write for the M.U.M. (a national magic magazine) on several occasions. He has hobnobbed with some of the biggest names in magic, such as David Blaine and super magician Lance Burton. In fact, an illusion he helped design and innovate may currently be seen in the "Mac King Comedy Magic Show" at Harrah's Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Another of his magical creations was recently performed by Criss Angel for the international television series "Mind Freak".

Curtis is now 26, married, and lives in the city of Provo, Utah.
